1. Payment Made: The customer has made a payment using the vending massage chair.

2. Device Malfunction: The vending massage chair is not functioning properly, preventing the customer from receiving the massage service.

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

1. Change of Mind: The customer decides not to use the massage chair after making the payment.

2. Partial Use: The customer has used the massage chair for a portion of the service but decides to stop the session early.

3. External Factors: Issues caused by external factors such as power outages, user error, or misuse of the machine.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Service: Notify our customer service team within 24 hours of the incident by texting to +6018-911 9822 (via WhatsApp only).

2. Provide Proof of Payment: Include a copy of the receipt or transaction details along with your refund request.

3. Describe the Issue: Provide a detailed description of the problem encountered with the vending massage chair.

1. Verification: Our technical team will verify the malfunction based on your description and any available machine logs.

2. Approval: If the malfunction is confirmed, we will approve your refund request.

3. Refund Issuance: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
